9/11/2009 is a chilly, rainy day in New York City. Eight years on--people remember but mostly go about their business as if it were any other day. That is the right thing to do--for the city and its people and in memory of those we lost.
Dr. Charles Weiss says in "A Fortress City That Did Not Come To Be: Recalling The Fears of September 12," The New York Times: 'There's a tremendous drive of human beings to make the most of life. We're not hermits. We rise up and move on."
